I grew up in Venezuela, where sports became one of my greatest teachers.
As a young athlete, I represented Venezuela in competitive swimming and competed in both swimming and water polo in Venezuela and the United States.
Years later, education, leadership and communication would transform the direction of my own life.
Crecí en Venezuela, donde el deporte se convirtió en uno de mis grandes maestros.
De joven, representé a Venezuela en natación competitiva y competí tanto en natación como en waterpolo en Venezuela y Estados Unidos.
Años después, la educación, el liderazgo y la comunicación transformarían el rumbo de mi propia vida.

I understand the journey.Entiendo el camino.
I grew up in a working-class neighborhood in Venezuela.
Sports taught me discipline, preparation, resilience and what it means to represent something bigger than yourself.
I came to the United States and began my college journey with two years of Physical Education coursework before changing direction and earning my degree in International Business, followed later by an MBA.
Learning opened doors I could not have imagined as a young athlete in Venezuela.
More importantly, it taught me something I still believe today:
Talent can take you a long way.
Learning can take you further.
Crecí en una familia trabajadora en Venezuela.
El deporte me enseñó disciplina, preparación, resiliencia y lo que significa representar algo más grande que uno mismo.
Llegué a Estados Unidos y comencé mi camino universitario con dos años de estudios de Educación Física antes de cambiar de rumbo y obtener mi título en Negocios Internacionales, seguido años después por un MBA.
La educación me abrió puertas que nunca habría imaginado cuando era un joven atleta en Venezuela.
Y, más importante aún, me enseñó algo en lo que sigo creyendo hoy:
El talento puede llevarte muy lejos.
Tu formación puede llevarte aún más lejos.

For more than 30 years, my work has revolved around people, leadership and potential.
I spent more than two decades as a technology executive, building businesses and leading teams throughout Latin America and the United States with companies including AST Computer, Toshiba, Lexmark (now part of Xerox) and Panasonic.
Later, I founded Search4Fit International, where my work evolved into executive recruiting, career strategy and executive coaching.
My job became finding exceptional people, understanding what made them different and helping companies recognize their potential.
Pasé mi carrera identificando talento.
Durante más de 30 años, mi trabajo ha girado en torno a las personas, el liderazgo y el potencial.
Pasé más de dos décadas como ejecutivo de tecnología, desarrollando negocios y liderando equipos en América Latina y Estados Unidos con empresas como AST Computer, Toshiba, Lexmark (ahora parte de Xerox) y Panasonic.
Más adelante, fundé Search4Fit International, donde mi trabajo evolucionó hacia el reclutamiento ejecutivo, la estrategia de carrera y el coaching ejecutivo.
Mi trabajo pasó a ser encontrar personas excepcionales, entender qué las hacía diferentes y ayudar a las empresas a reconocer su potencial.

I spent much of my career identifying and developing talent.
Voice of the Champ allows me to bring that experience back to the world where my own journey began: Sports.

Throughout my career, I've worked in business environments where millions of dollars were at stake—contracts, negotiations, business reviews, revenue commitments, and career-defining conversations.
I've also coached professionals preparing for moments where how they communicate can affect their credibility, their opportunities, and their careers.
Baseball is a different arena. But pressure is pressure.
When the stakes are high, preparation, clarity, and presence matter.
A lo largo de mi carrera, he trabajado en entornos empresariales donde había millones de dólares en juego: contratos, negociaciones, revisiones de negocio, compromisos de ingresos y conversaciones capaces de definir una carrera.
